I’m Josh Withers, a marriage celebrant with a long history on the Gold Coast. I’m Gold Coast born and bred (Southport to be precise), married a lot of people here, and still loving being here for weddings.

I’ve been a celebrant since 2009, and I believe your ceremony should be the best part of your wedding day, not the formal bit everyone waits to finish.

My ceremonies are conversational, relaxed and largely unscripted. I get to know you beforehand, understand what matters to you, and then create a ceremony that actually feels like you. No generic scripts. No awkward “love story” assembled from a questionnaire. And no pretending your wedding needs to look or sound like anyone else’s.

I marry people right across the Gold Coast, from the beaches to the hinterland, including Burleigh, Currumbin, Coolangatta, Mudgeeraba, Tallebudgera, Springbrook and Tamborine Mountain.

If you care more about what getting married actually means than performing a perfect wedding for everyone else, we’ll probably get along very well.
