I’m Josh Withers, a wedding celebrant who regularly travels around Melbourne and across Victoria for weddings, particularly the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong.

I’ve been marrying people since 2009, and I believe the ceremony should be the best part of your wedding day. Not twenty minutes of formalities standing between you and the party.

My ceremonies are conversational, relaxed and largely unscripted. I get to know you beforehand, understand what matters to you, then create a ceremony that feels right in the room on the day. No generic scripts. No questionnaire turned into an awkward retelling of your relationship. And no performing traditions simply because somebody decided that’s what weddings are supposed to look like.

I work across Melbourne, the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong, and I’m always happy to head further into regional Victoria for the right wedding.
