I’m Josh Withers, a Southern Highlands marriage celebrant working across Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale, Mittagong and the surrounding villages and countryside.

I’ve been marrying people since 2009, and I believe your ceremony should be one of the best parts of your wedding day. Not the formal bit you have to get through before everyone heads off for champagne.

My ceremonies are conversational, relaxed and largely unscripted. I get to know you beforehand, understand what matters to you, then create a ceremony that feels natural and genuinely like the two of you. No generic scripts. No questionnaire turned into a painfully detailed retelling of how you met. And no wedding traditions included simply because someone says you’re supposed to.

The Southern Highlands is one of the best places in Australia to get married, whether that’s at one of the beautiful estates and venues around Berrima and Bowral, on a private property, in a garden, or somewhere tucked away in the countryside.

If you want to be present, make promises that actually mean something, laugh when it’s funny and walk away thinking, “That was so us”, that’s exactly the kind of wedding I love creating.
